Sridevi Design Consultancy, established in 1992 by the late Subramanyam Roy, is a premier design consultancy with branches in the United States, Dubai (UAE), and India. With a team of 63 employees, the company achieved a total turnover of $20 million in 2023. We specialize in providing design calculations and detailed CAD drawings for petroleum storage tanks, water storage tanks, chemical storage tanks, and other types of storage tanks.

Our esteemed clients in 2022 and 2023 include industry giants such as Technip, Saipem, Petrofac, Aldia Designs, and Dow Chemicals.

Design of Pressure Vessels  with high pressure as per ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Sec. VIII, Div. 1, Div. 2 , PD 5500, IS 2825, EN 13445 etc.

For U stamp and other marking vessel Sridevi consultancy provide manual & PV Elite calculation sheet as well as GA We provide complete fabrication drawing as per the exact code requirement.

  1. Liquefied Gases:

    • Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG): A mixture of propane and butane, stored under high pressure as a liquid.

    • Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG): Natural gas that is cooled to liquid form and stored under pressure.

  2. Industrial Gases:

    • Oxygen: Stored in high-pressure vessels for use in healthcare, welding, and chemical production.

    • Nitrogen: Pressurized vessels hold nitrogen for use in industries ranging from electronics to food packaging.

    • Hydrogen: Stored under high pressure for fuel cells and as a raw material in chemical processes.

  3. Chemical Products:

    • Hydrochloric Acid (HCl): Stored under pressure for industrial use, particularly in metal cleaning and chemical production.

    • Sulfuric Acid: Can be stored in pressure vessels for certain industrial applications.

    • Methane: Natural gas, often stored at high pressures in vessels for transport or use in power generation.

These products require specialized high-pressure vessels to maintain their stability and prevent hazardous leaks or failures. The storage tanks are designed to comply with stringent safety standards, including those set by the ASME code, ensuring the integrity and safe handling of these potentially dangerous substances.
